Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to memberships, classes, bookings and services provided by Undisputed Fitness & Martial Arts (“Undisputed”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By booking or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
-
Members and visitors are responsible for ensuring that their booking and contact information is accurate and up to date.
Memberships are subject to the specific price, access level and conditions shown when joining.
Classes may have limited capacity and advance booking may be required.
-
Membership and class fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms agreed when purchasing.
Recurring memberships will continue to be charged at the agreed frequency until cancelled in accordance with the applicable membership terms.
We reserve the right to review our prices. Members will be informed of relevant changes where required.
-
Membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ notice.
Membership payments will continue as normal during the notice period, and members will retain access to the services included within their membership until the cancellation takes effect.
Cancellation of a membership does not entitle the member to a refund for payments already made, except where required by law.
Individual class bookings may be subject to a separate cancellation policy.
-
We aim to provide classes in accordance with our published timetable; however, coaches, class times, locations and programmes may occasionally change.
We reserve the right to cancel, combine, reschedule or amend classes where reasonably necessary.
Undisputed Fitness & Martial Arts is closed on public and bank holidays unless otherwise stated, and classes that fall on these dates will not normally be rescheduled.
Where a membership has been cancelled and a member subsequently chooses to rejoin, a rejoining or joining fee may apply at the rate applicable at the time of rejoining.
-
Martial arts and physical training involve inherent risks.
Participants must follow reasonable instructions provided by coaches and inform us of any relevant injury, medical condition or other circumstance that could affect their ability to participate safely.
Participants should train within their ability and use appropriate protective equipment where required.
-
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information relating to their child and ensuring we have appropriate emergency contact details.
Children must follow the instructions of coaches and the gym's behaviour and safety expectations.
Our approach to children's safety is further explained in our Safeguarding Policy.
-
We expect members, visitors, parents and participants to treat coaches and each other with respect.
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, deliberate misuse of equipment or behaviour that places others at unreasonable risk will not be accepted.
Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal from a class, suspension or termination of membership.
-
Members remain responsible for their personal belongings while attending the gym. We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
-
Photography and filming may occasionally take place within the gym. Our approach to obtaining appropriate permission and using images is explained in our Photography & Video Policy.
-
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Participants are expected to follow coaching instructions, gym rules and appropriate safety procedures.
-
We may update these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary. The latest version will be available through our website.
